The Last Week of February

Tripp found a lizard. I’m not sure but I think he ate him, despite my best efforts to save it. 

We helped decorate for and cater a party.

Kennedy got to miss school to help with the catering and the ladies let her participate in the party as well. Kennedy was in heaven!

She also went on a school field trip and found some fossils.

Patton’s band performed in that competition they were practicing for a few weeks ago. They did awesome and scored all 1s and 2s. (Patton is on the left, standing just far enough away from the rest of the group to make me hope he has friends…)

Callahan found my viola and has gotten pretty into trying to play it. I keep subtly encouraging her to play something with a little more main character vibes (violin, cello, guitar) but she seems pretty committed to the viola for now.

A good start to a new week.
