Thanksgiving Update

So a little update on us here in the great white north.  It is white now!  We have been in the single digits during the day and the negatives at night.  The house is holding up great and really glad to say that so is Haley and the kids.  We are planning on spending a whole week in Rexburg these year, visiting family and friends we haven't seen in a long time.
-------------------------------------------
So we traveled to Idaho, at night, in a snow storm, and Haley's GPS in the car wasn't working so we used the phone and......it got us lost!  Great start to a trip :-)
We made it safely and are enjoying a great week revisiting old haunts and friends.  So backing it up a little bit...Bennett is doing great in school learning everyday.  Haley is enjoying her time with numerous activities with other moms, Patton is talking up a storm and Kennedy is just the cutest little thing ever.  Needless to say she has stolen all our hearts!
So job update, I resigned from Natural Resource Transportation about 2 months back.  The owners and I had some difference of opinions and unfortunately everything I spent my hard-work, blood, sweat and tears on has completely gone down hill since I have left.  It is awkwardly satisfying to see them not do well but the flip-side is it is just very sad too see all that hard work go for nothing.
Moving on, we are temporarily working with a company up north in Wateford City.  Its a good company but not sure how much longevity it will have for us.  That is the beauty of North Dakota, there is always another job.  The trick is finding the job that your good at and enjoy going to everyday (wise words from my father in law Greg Hazard)

So fast forward back to Idaho.  We are really enjoying our time here and the kids are having a blast enjoying some much needed one on one time with their grandparents.  Thanksgiving meal was fantastic.  We did almost have to cancel Thanksgiving because we had no pecan pie!!!  I know right its like having Christmas without Santa Clause!  Well crisis diverted and the meal was fantastic.  We spent the last few days just playing and hanging out.  It has been a heat wave here in Rexburg, its been a balmy 50 degrees.
Enjoy the pictures
